We are excited to announce a limited number of self-scheduled ill visits daily! Log into our patient portal here. If using your mobile device or tablet, after logging in, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "full site" in the bottom right of the screen to show the available appointments. If no appointments are showing, these appointments may be filled. We would then ask that you contact our phone nurses for other available appointments.

Reminder: If your child has a runny nose, fever, cough, sore throat, rash, or any other contagious symptom, please remain in your car when you arrive and contact our front desk staff at 614-442-5557 and press option #3. They will get you checked in and direct you to the next available exam room. Thank you.
