Dr. Allie Wenig

Dr. Wenig is thrilled to join Olentangy Pediatrics in January 2026 after bringing her own children to the practice for four years! She graduated summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Biochemistry before completing medical school at The University of Toledo College of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Nationwide Children's Hospital where she then served as a chief resident. She has additional training in breastfeeding medicine and loves helping families with all of their lactation needs. Dr. Wenig is married to Michael and together they have 2 children and a crazy vizsla dog named Beesly. She enjoys running, reading, and college sports, and is actively involved at Encounter Church and with the Christian Medical and Dental Association in Columbus.
